Kot Addu (Urdu: کوٹ ادو) is a town in district Muzaffargarh in the province of Punjab in Pakistan . The city is located near the geographic center of Pakistan and lies east of the Indus .
economy
The city is considered an important industrial center and has an electric power plant and an oil refinery. Agriculture and information technology are also important. Kot Addu City attracts a large number of tourists every year, due in part to the Indus and public gardens. The city is served by the Kot Addu Junction train station.
