The Kowschskoje Lake ( Russian Ковжское озеро ) is a lake in the northwest of the Vologda Oblast in the north of the European part of Russia .
Kowschskoye Lake is located in Wytegra Rajon, about 50 km north of the White Lake . The lake has an area of 65 km². It has a length of 18 km and a width of 4 km. At its western end, Lake Kowschskoje is drained from the Kowscha to the Volga-Baltic Sea Canal .
