Kpeve

Kpeve is the capital of the South Dayi District in the Volta Region in Ghana . The place, about three kilometers from the Volta reservoir and between 140 and 150 meters above sea level , is divided into Kpeve Old Town and Kpeve New Town and populated by about 5000 people belonging to the Ewe ethnic group. As a regional economic center, the residents live mainly from agriculture , fishing , trade and commerce .
