The Dětmarovice power plant (in Czech Elektrárna Dětmarovice ) is a coal-fired power plant in the Moravskoslezský kraj region , Czech Republic , which is located near Dětmarovice . The power plant has an installed capacity of 800 MW ; it went into operation in 1975 with the first two units. It is owned by CEZ and operated by ČEZ.
