The Koralpe power plant is a hydropower plant in the municipalities of Lavamünd and Eibiswald (until 2014 Soboth ), Austria . It was built from 1987 to 1991 as a passive storage power plant. For this purpose, the Feistritz was dammed on the Koralm near the Soboth Pass to the Soboth reservoir ( reservoir target 1080  m above sea level ). The catchment area of the reservoir is 29.7 km² due to natural tributaries, but has been enlarged to 66 km² by artificial water diversions. The water is fed through a five-kilometer-long pressure tunnel and a three-kilometer-long pressure line to the power house on the Drau (at the Unterdrauburg reservoir , storage target 339.5  m above sea level ). The maximum raw fall height is 735.5 meters.

From 2009 to 2011, the power plant was expanded into a pumped storage power plant by installing a pumping system that can lift water from the Drava into the storage facility.
