The Kremper Marsch or Krempermarsch is one of the four Holstein Elbmarsches and lies northeast of the Elbe between its tributaries Krückau and Stör and the Geestrand . The main town of the Kremper Marsch is the town of Krempe ; The Krempau flows through it .

The Kremper Marsch is part of the Steinburg district in Schleswig-Holstein . Part of the Kremper Marsch today forms the Krempermarsch office .

As in the Wilstermarsch, the development of the Kremper Marsch was made possible by Dutch settlers who moved here in the 12th century . In the south of the Kremper Marsch, the Dutch formed an almost closed settlement area at that time. The region is still mainly used for agriculture today, the most important branch being livestock; In addition, rapeseed and grain cultivation are important.

The most important city is Glückstadt . There is also industry and a ferry connection across the Elbe to Wischhafen .
