Warrior Nelson Prize
The Krieger-Nelson Prize is a women's mathematics prize awarded by the Canadian Mathematical Society . The laureate should have connections to Canada , for example born there or attended university or worked at a Canadian university. The award is named after Cecilia Krieger (1984–1974), who taught at the University of Toronto , and Evelyn Nelson (1943–1987) from McMaster University .
Associated with the award is a talk at the annual meeting of the Canadian Mathematical Society.
