Wieskau war memorial
The Wieskau war memorial is a listed war memorial in the Wieskau district of the city of Southern Anhalt in Saxony-Anhalt . In the local register of monuments it is recorded as a minor monument with registration number 094 18083 .
General
The war memorial in Wieskau is on the outer wall of the local church . It was built in memory of 13 fallen soldiers of the First World War . It looks like a large tombstone with an inscription and the names of the fallen soldiers. It is decorated with an iron cross and oak leaves.
