The Krings Fruchtsaft GmbH is a German fruit juice drinks manufacturer based in Mönchengladbach . The company has been part of the Dutch Refresco Group since 2000 . The company mainly produces its own and private labels.

history

In 1856, the agriculturally oriented Jakob Peter Krings built a herb press in Herrath on the Lower Rhine until the company's first seasonal contract cider and bottling plant in 1954 and the first automatic filling line in 1963. 1965 was marketing - Cooperation " working group West fruit " co-founded. Two years later, DEFRUC was co- founded . ( German fruit juice cooperation ). In 1973 the " Junita Cooperation " was founded. In the same year, when many trading centers came together, the focus was mainly on sales successes in North Rhine-Westphalia , Belgium , the Netherlands and Luxembourg . In 2000, Krings joined the Refresco group from the Netherlands, which also exists in other European locations . There are 18 in total. In 2001 , Wilhelm Krings resigned from his position as managing director.
