Kristýna Fleissnerová (born August 18, 1992 in Prague ) is a Czech rower .

Kristýna Fleissnerová started rowing in 2003. At the Junior World Championships in 2010, she finished tenth with the double foursome. In the same year she also took part in the Youth Olympic Games and came ninth in the single . In 2011 she finished 16th in the single at the U23 World Championships .

In 2015, the 1.72 m tall Kristýna Fleissnerová moved up to Lenka Antošová in the double scull , and at the European Championships the two finished ninth. At the 2015 World Championships, the first eleven double sculls qualified for the 2016 Olympic Games, with the two Czechs taking twelfth place. The two started the Olympic season by winning the bronze medal at the European Championships in 2016 , shortly afterwards they won the last qualifying regatta for the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in Lucerne . In the Olympic regatta, the two Czech women rowed to tenth place. At the 2017 European Championships in Račice u Štětí , the two Czech women won the title in front of their home crowd.
