Lenka Antošová (born September 27, 1991 in Děčín ) is a Czech rower .

Lenka Antošová started rowing in 2002. At the Junior World Championships in 2007 she finished fourth in a double scull , and the following year she finished eighth in a double scull. At the Junior World Championships in 2009 she and Denisa Cvankarová won the silver medal behind the German boat in a double scull . At the 2009 World Championships she competed with her older sister Jitka Antošová and took fifth place. At the end of the 2009 season, the two sisters won silver at the European Championships . In 2010 the Antošová siblings reached the finals in all rowing world cup regattas. At the European Championships in 2010 they ranked fifth in the World Championships she finished the race in fourth. In 2011 the bronze medal at the European Championships followed on sixth place at the World Championships . After two World Cup regattas in the A-final during the 2012 season, the Czechs finished seventh at the 2012 Olympic Games .

Together with Denisa Cvankarová, Lenka Antošová took fifth place at the European Championships in 2013 , and at the U23 World Championships in 2013, the two won the bronze medal. In 2014, Lenka Antošová started at the European Championships with Anna Zabová and finished in seventh place, at the 2014 World Championships Lenka Antošová and Lucie Zabová took 13th place. In 2015 Kristýna Fleissnerová moved to Lenka Antošová in the double scull, at the European Championships the two achieved ninth place. At the 2015 World Championships, the first eleven double sculls qualified for the 2016 Olympic Games, with the two Czechs taking twelfth place. The two started the Olympic season by winning the bronze medal at the 2016 European Championships . After the Czech women were able to qualify for the Olympic Games in Lucerne, they finished tenth in the 2016 Olympic Regatta .

A year later, the two Czech women won the title at the 2017 European Championships in Račice u Štětí in front of their home crowd . At the 2017 World Championships , however, it was only enough for a seventh place. They were unable to defend their title the following year and finished fifth at the 2018 European Championships . At the 2018 World Championships , they finished seventh again and eighth place at the 2019 World Championships .
