Lake Karapiro, on which the world championships took place

The 2010 World Rowing Championships took place from October 31 to November 7, 2010 on Lake Karapiro in Hamilton ( New Zealand ).

It was the second time that the World Rowing Championships were held on Lake Karapiro. The first time was in 1978 .
