World Rowing Championships 1988

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The 1988 World Rowing Championships were held on Lake Idroscalo in Milan , Italy under the rules of the World Rowing Federation (FISA). The 14 Olympic boat classes were not deployed because of the Olympic rowing regatta in Seoul in 1988, so that the rowing world champions were only determined in seven non-Olympic lightweight boat classes . The finals took place on August 6, 1988.
