Germain Louis Marcel Chardin (born May 15, 1983 in Verdun ) is a French rower .

Chardin was junior world champion in 2000 in a four-man with a helmsman and in 2001 in a two-man without a helmsman with Benjamin Rondeau . In 2003 he reached his first final in the adult class when he finished fourth at the World Championships with the French eighth . In 2004 he and Benjamin Rondeau won the U23 world championships in a pair without.
