Grace Luczak (born May 24, 1989 in Royal Oak , Michigan ) is an American rower and two-time world champion in eight .

Luczak began rowing in 2004 at Ann Arbor Pioneer High School. Graduated from Stanford University in Human Biology in 2011 , the 1.91 m tall rower lives and trains in Princeton , New Jersey.

In 2007 she won the bronze medal with the US eighth at the Junior World Championships . At the U23 World Championships in 2009, Grace Luczak competed in two boat classes, in the two without helmsman she finished fifth together with Mary Jeghers , both won the silver medal with eighth. In 2010, the US eight won the U23 World Championships with the line-up Olivia Coffey , Jennifer Cromwell , Kerry Simmonds , Mary Jeghers, Kara Kohler , Emily Regan , Grace Luczak, Taylor Ritzel and helmsman Ariel Frost. In 2013 Grace Luczak won the US eighth at the Rowing World Cup in Lucerne and she was also in the victorious US eighth at the 2013 World Championships in Chungju . In 2014, Grace Luczak also won a World Cup regatta with eighth on the Lac d'Aiguebelette . At the same event, she took third place in a pair without a helmsman together with Caroline Lind . At the 2014 World Championships in Amsterdam , Luczak won with the US eight ahead of Canada and China. In 2015, the US eight won the World Cup regatta in Varese, and at the same event the four-man without a helmsman in the cast Grace Luczak, Lauren Schmetterling , Emily Regan and Olivia Coffey also won.
