Iulia Bulie (born July 3, 1967 in Gorbăneşti as Iulia Bobeică ) is a former Romanian rower .

biography

Iulia Bulie competed in two boat classes at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona . In the four without a helmsman , she took fifth place with the Romanian boat. In the regatta with the eighth, however, she was able to win the silver medal. At her second Olympic participation in Atlanta in 1996 , she stepped in double fours and finished tenth with her crew.

Bulie was world champion twice with the eighth ( 1990 and 1993 ) and once with the four without a helmsman (1990). Furthermore, she won two silver and two bronze medals at world championships.
