Emily Regan (born June 10, 1988 in Buffalo ) is an American rowing woman , she was world champion in 2013, 2015 and 2018 and Olympic champion in 2016 in eighth place .

Regan began rowing at Michigan State University in 2006 . At the U23 World Championships in 2010, she won the title with eighth.
