Mihaela Petrilă (born May 7, 1991 in Paşcani ) is a Romanian rower .

Mihaela Petrilă took tenth place at the Junior World Championships in 2007 with the quadruple and in 2008 fourth place in the single . At the Junior World Championships in 2009 she won together with Andreea Boghian in a pair without a helmsman . Together with Ioana Crăciun Petrilă won silver in double sculls at the U23 World Championships in 2011 . In 2012 she finished sixth with the double fours and in 2013 she won with Mădălina Bereș in the two without a helmsman.

In 2014, Mihaela Petrilă won the title at the European Championships with the Romanian eighth , and the eighth rowed to fourth place at the World Championships . The following year, the Romanian eighth received the bronze medal at the European Championships in 2015 and finished seventh at the World Championships . In 2016 the Romanian eighth finished fourth at the European Championships . Shortly afterwards, the eighth won the Olympic qualification regatta in Lucerne. At the 2016 Olympic Games , the Romanian eighth won the bronze medal in the line-up of Roxana Cogianu , Ioana Strungaru , Mihaela Petrilă, Iuliana Popa , Mădălina Bereș, Laura Oprea , Adelina Boguș , Andreea Boghian and taxwoman Daniela Druncea . At the end of May 2017, the Romanian eighth won the gold medal at the European Championships , after winning the Rowing World Cup in Lucerne, the boat also won the World Championships in Sarasota at the beginning of October .
