Crystal tower

The Kristall Tower is a high-rise built in 2011 in the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg . The Twintower in Grosse Elbstraße was designed by Kees Christiaanse .

The 72 meter high building with 17 and 20 floors respectively comprises 37 apartments .

Its name refers to the external appearance of the building. The glass facade with box windows gives it a crystalline appearance.

The Kristall Tower has Germany's highest glass exterior elevators . Its height is 66 meters.
