Kristina Dunker
Kristina Dunker (born June 15, 1973 in Dortmund ) is a German children's and youth author and freelance journalist.
Life
Dunker studied art history and archeology in Bochum and Pisa and worked as a freelance journalist. She published her first book at the age of seventeen. Since then Kristina Dunker has written numerous novels for children and young people and has received several awards and grants for her work, including the sponsorship award for young artists from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Dunker is a member of the Federal Association of Young Authors eV (BVjA).
