The 2005/06 season was the 15th season of the Croatian Ice Hockey League , the highest Croatian ice hockey league . Champion was for the eleventh time in the history of the KHL Medveščak Zagreb .

The top three teams qualified for the playoffs, in which the champions were played, with the first-placed team qualifying directly for the final. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
