The 2006/07 season was the 16th season of the Croatian Ice Hockey League , the highest Croatian ice hockey league . Champion was for the twelfth time in the history of the KHL Medveščak Zagreb .

mode

The season was divided into three phases. The three Zagreb clubs played in the first phase of the season. Then INA Sisak was added in the second phase of the season. The three best-placed teams in the second phase of the season qualified for the final round, with the teams receiving bonus points according to their placement in the second phase of the season. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
