The Crown Prince oaks in Hanover date from the time of the Kingdom of Hanover . The three oaks were planted by the Teichmann brothers on February 18, 1843 for the wedding anniversary of the then Crown Prince and later King George of Hanover and Crown Princess Marie . The group of trees is located on the property of today's regional finance office in Waterloostraße 5 in the Calenberger Neustadt district .
