The Krummbachtal is a wooded valley between the Solitudering and the Gerlinger Schillerhöhe west of Stuttgart .

The Krummbachtal is the valley of the Krummbach, a 3.8 km long tributary of the Glems running south-southwest of the Schillerhöhe to Mahdental with a catchment area of ​​4.4 km². In the valley, which lies entirely in the Gerlingen area , there is a nature lovers' house , a disused swimming pool and several tennis courts as well as a marshy lake. Rare plants such as the yellow foxglove grow in the neighboring forests .

Every year there is a great toad migration that attracts a lot of attention among nature lovers.

A road open to public traffic leads through the Kreuzklinge, a right branch of the Oberlauf- Klinge , and down the Krummbachtal, although it is unsuitable for larger trucks. In the early 1990s, several open air concerts took place near the Naturfreundehaus .
