Cryptogam flora
The Cryptogam Flora is a series of books about cryptogams . From 1844 to 1848 Gottlob Ludwig Rabenhorst wrote “Germany's cryptogam flora or manual for the determination of the cryptogamic plants in Germany, Switzerland, the Lombard-Venetian Kingdom and Istria” in two volumes, which after his death were named “Dr. L. Rabenhorst's cryptogam flora of Germany, Austria and Switzerland ”was continued.
The second edition with 14 volumes has been published since 1880. From 1911 to 1928 the book series "Cryptogam Flora for Beginners" was published.
