Kulceratops is a little known species of bird Beck dinosaurs (ornithopoda) from the group of Ceratopsia .

So far, only a fragment of the upper jaw of this dinosaur is known. Although the find suggests belonging to the Ceratopsia, it is too sparse for a more precise classification. Kulceratops is therefore considered a nomen dubium .

The fossil of this dinosaur was found in the Khodzhakul 'formation in Uzbekistan and was first described in 1995 . The genus name is derived from the Uzbek kul (= "lake", an allusion to the place where it was found) and the Greek keratops (= "horny face"), a common part of the Ceratopsia name. The type species is K. kulensis . The finds are dated in the Lower Cretaceous (early Albian ) to an age of about 113 to 110 million years.
