Kulva is a village with 319 inhabitants (2011) in the Rajongemeinde Jonava , around the road KK232 , 8 km northwest of Jonava, on the hill country Kulva (90-105 m above sea level; part of the hill country Vilkija ). It is the center of the Kulva County . There is the geomorphological reserve Kulva with the Os Kulva .
There is a Catholic Church of the Most Holy Virgin Mary (built 1925), Abraomas Kulvietis secondary school Kulva, library, post office (LT-55055), Kulva manor and park with the avenue of the old linden trees, old cemetery.
The place was first mentioned in documents as Kulwa in 1382 .
