"EINST STEIN" by Timm Ulrichs

Once stone

Once stone is a two-part concrete sculpture, each 4 m high, which forms the connection between the regionally predominant rock, the Jurassic limestone, and the building material concrete. Thus, the sculpture consists of concrete letters with a height, width and depth of approx. 80 cm, which, stacked on top of one another, form the word EINST on one side of the canal and STONE on the other. The creator of the work of art is the artist Timm Ulrichs , who originally created the sculpture for the Symposium BetonKunst 2007 in Nuremberg with the Klebl company. The Klebl company donated the sculpture to the association in order to get a worthy place next to the other works of art.
