The kunstGarten in Graz is a museum project founded in 2004 and at the same time a cultural initiative that connects natural events and contemporary art and makes them tangible with all the senses . The sponsor is the non-profit association of the same name, which is based in the 5th district of Graz, the Gries district, and promotes various public projects, exhibitions, lectures, performances, readings and concerts there all year round, both in public spaces and in its own show garden or organized by yourself.

In addition to funding from the State of Styria , the Austrian Federal Ministry for Education, Art and Culture and the City of Graz, the association is also supported by private sponsors. kunstGarten was nominated for the 2007 State Prize for Tourism "Garden of Eden Austria".
