Musashino Art School
The Musashino Art University ( Jap. 武蔵野美術大学 , Musashino Bijutsu Daigaku , Eng. Musashino Art University ) is an art school in Kodaira .
It was founded in October 1929 as the Imperial Art Academy ( 帝国 美術 学校 , Teikoku Bijitsu Gakkō , English Teikoku Art School ). In 1935, the Imperial Art Academy Tama was spun off, which corresponds to today's Tama Art Academy .
In December 1948 it took its current name.
In 1963 she took part as a founding member of the Cité Internationale des Arts Paris .
