The building at Kurhausstrasse 39 in Kurhausstrasse in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian list of monuments under number D-6-72-114-308 .

history

The property was originally built in 1908 by the architect Joseph Dölger as a health resort. The property in Art Nouveau forms is a three-story solid building with a flat hipped roof , decorative gables, balconies and plaster decoration. The Art Nouveau can be found in the gables and the plaster ornamentation with emphasis on the ribbon windows and the cornice.

Today there are apartments in the property.
