Kurt Greiner

Kurt Greiner (* 1967 in Lower Austria ) is an Austrian psychotherapy scientists and philosophers of science ( constructive realism by FG Wallner ) who in 2012 at the Sigmund Freud University Vienna / Paris / Berlin (SFU) with the license to teach "Philosophy of Psychotherapy Science habilitated" . He founded the "Experimental Hermeneutic Psychotherapy Science " and, together with the philosopher and psychologist Martin Jandl, heads the Institute for Hermeneutic Therapy School Research and Therapy School Dialogue at the SFU Vienna.

biography

Kurt Greiner studied European ethnology, pedagogy , philosophy of science and theoretical psychotherapy at the University of Vienna from 1991 to 2004 . From 2000 to 2007 he was a freelance researcher at Univ. Prof. Dr. Friedrich G. Wallner (Department of Philosophy of Science) at the University of Vienna, where he also taught for a few semesters as a university lecturer in the theory of science. Since 2007 he has been working in teaching and research in the Psychotherapy Science Department (PTW) at the Sigmund Freud Private University (SFU) in Vienna.

As a psychotherapy science theorist ( psychotherapy / psychotherapy science) and therapy school research methodologist, Greiner develops critical-reflexive procedures for therapy school interdisciplinary basic analyzes. Since 2003 he has given lectures at international scientific congresses and specialist conferences in the fields of philosophy of science , psychotherapy and medicine in Germany and in other European countries.

In addition, Greiner has several years of extra-scientific professional experience in various psychosocial fields of practice with children, people with physical disabilities and senior citizens, and he has worked for almost 10 years in therapeutic and intensive education with mentally handicapped and physically disabled children, adolescents and adults in a private institute in Vienna.
