Kurt Harter
Kurt Bruno Harter (born February 12, 1858 in Neudörfchen ; † December 24, 1936 in Mittweida ) was a German politician ( Conservative State Association in Saxony , DNVP ).
Life
Harter was born the son of a landowner. His uncle was the Saxon state parliament member and landowner Guido Uhlemann . After graduating, he did his doctorate as a veterinarian . Harter took over his father's estate in Neudörfchen. In 1911 he received the honorary title of economics councilor . From 1889 he was married to the daughter of the former Mittweida mayor Gustav Leopold Stumme.
From 1897 to 1918, as representative of the 28th rural constituency for the Conservative State Association in Saxony , Harter was a member of the Second Chamber of the Saxon Landtag , and in 1919/20 he was a member of the Saxon People's Chamber (DNVP).
