Kurt Hedden
Kurt Hedden (March 8, 1927 - July 24, 2010 ) was a German scientist. His specialties were reaction technology and its applications, especially in the field of fuel technology and combustion theory .
Live and act
Kurt Hedden studied physics . He did his doctorate in Göttingen and completed his habilitation in Münster . Kurt Hedden first worked in the private sector: from 1964 he worked for Pintsch Bamag AG , then became managing director of Bamag Verfahrenstechnik , before coming to the TH Darmstadt in 1966 . From 1972 he was a full professor at the University of Karlsruhe at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Process Engineering . Between 1981 and 1983 he was dean of the faculty. In 1992 he retired .
