Kurt Keinrath (born December 5, 1956 in Feldbach ) is an Austrian musician , composer and producer .

Life

In his early years, Keinrath was a partner of the Austrian country / folk musician Jim Cogan. Keinrath spent most of his career with the Styrian rock band Erste Allgemeine Verunsicherung . He has been producing numerous albums for the band since the early 1990s and has been a permanent member since 1996 due to several line-up changes.

Keinrath composed around 400 titles, some for the EAV but also for performers such as Schürzenjäger , Carl Peyer , Christina Stürmer , DJ Ötzi , Marianne & Michael and Stefan Mross . He works in the studio with z. B. EAV, Aniada a Noar, Judy Simone, Carl Peyer, Jim Cogan, Zäus, Wolfgang Strahlhofer and Gegenlicht , Paldauer u. v. a.
