Kurt Schwarze (born November 5, 1900 in Wahren near Leipzig ; † December 7, 1976 ) was a German architect.

Life

Schwarze began his master builder training with attending the Saxon State Building School in Leipzig from 1917 to 1921. From 1921 to 1924 he worked in a number of Leipzig architecture firms. He then studied from 1925 to 1927 at the TH Berlin with Hans Poelzig and Hermann Jansen . As a result, he worked in architectural offices in Leipzig and Berlin, in order to set up his own office in Leipzig in 1928. In 1954 he moved to the Federal Republic of Germany, where he opened an office in Hamburg in 1956.
