Kurt Serbser

Kurt Serbser (born August 31, 1896 in Oberpöllnitz ; † February 12, 1938 in Gera ) was a German politician (NSDAP).

Live and act

Serbser attended primary school in Oberpöllnitz from 1903 to 1911. He then worked in agriculture. From September 1915 Serbser took part in the First World War. In July 1916 he was taken prisoner by the French on the Somme, from which he returned in February 1920. From then on he lived as a farmer in Oberpöllnitz. In 1923 he married.

In the 1920s Serbser joined the National Socialist German Workers' Party (NSDAP). For this he became a member of the city council of Oberpöllnitz in 1928. In the Reichstag elections of July 1932 , Serbser was elected as a candidate of the NSDAP for constituency 12 (Thuringia) in the Reichstag , to which he belonged until November of the same year.

During the Nazi era , Serbser was a member of the regional farmers' council of Thuringia, after having been a member of the district chamber of agriculture in Gera since April 1, 1932.
