Kvissel Kirke

Kvissel Church

The Kvissel Kirke is a branch of Åsted Kirke . The parish of the Danish People's Church in Kvissel belongs to the Frederikshavn provost in the Aalborg diocese in Jutland . The nave offers space for around 150 to 200 worshipers. The community has a total of 1,700 inhabitants.

The church, built in 1917 and consecrated in 1918, is located in the small Kvissel nine kilometers northwest of Frederikshavn . It is a typical Danish country church with a red roof and white stepped gable . The church is surrounded by the local cemetery.
