Kyösti Haataja

Kyösti Haataja (born February 19, 1881 in Oulu , † August 10, 1956 in Helsinki ) was a Finnish politician of the National Collection Party .

From 1917 onwards, Haataja was a member of the Finnish Parliament, initially for the Finnish Party , which after Finland's independence became the monarchist National Assembly Party. In the same year he also became head of the Finnish land survey administration. He held this office until 1929, he remained a member of parliament until 1930. From 1926 to 1932 he was chairman of the National Assembly Party. From 1930 to 1948 he was professor of commercial law at the University of Helsinki .

He was married to Alli Sofia Avela since 1919 .
