The Kyagqen Glacier ( Chinese  恰 青 冰川 , Pinyin Qiaqing bingchuan , also 卡钦 冰川 , Qiaqin bingchuan or Kaqin bingchuan ) is the longest glacier in the Nyainqêntanglha Mountains .

It is located in the district of Bome (Powo) of the district of Nyingchi in Tibet Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China . The nutrient area of the glacier lies on the mountains Pk. 6365 and Kona Kangri I . With a length of 35.3 km, it is the longest glacier in the Nyainqêntanglha Mountains and the longest glacier in Tibet. It extends over an area of ​​207 km² or, according to older information, 172 km² or 151.5 km². With a width of the long glacier tongue of less than a kilometer, it is very narrow for a valley glacier .

The Kyagqen Glacier drains into the Leiqu Zangbo ( 勒 曲 藏 布 , Lequ Zangbu ), which flows over the Yi'ong Zangbo ( 易贡 藏 布 , Yigong Zangbu ) with the Lake Yi'ong Co ( 易贡 错 , Yìgòng Cuò ) and Parlung Zangbo ( 帕隆藏布 , Palong Zangbu ) flows into the Yarlung Zangbo .

A special feature of the Kyagqen Glacier is that it has almost no crevasses and also has a very long glacier tongue . The glacier begins at an altitude of 5400 to 5500 m. The glacier tongue is located at an altitude of 2844  m about 10 km northeast of the village of Beng. It ends at 2530  m in a mountain forest.
