Kyle Dranginis (born August 3, 1992 ) is an American basketball player . He has been under contract with the Gladiators Trier in the 2nd Bundesliga ProA since 2017 .
career
Dranginis grew up in the city of Nampa , Idaho, USA , where he attended Skyview High School and was part of the local basketball team. He was named high school player of the year twice in Idaho, and moved to Gonzaga University in 2011 .
In the 2011/12 game year, Dranginis failed and then made his debut in the fall of 2012 in the shirt of the "Bulldogs", the basketball team at Gonzaga University. By the spring of 2016, he played 143 games for the university team, his mean values were 4.9 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.1 assists and one ball win per match.
Dranginis began his career as a professional basketball player with the Danish first division club SISU from the city of Gentofte . During the 2016/17 season, he scored an average of 14.7 points, 5.5 rebounds and 4.2 assists in 38 league appearances for SISU. After a year in Denmark, Dranginis moved to the Gladiators Trier in the 2nd Bundesliga ProA for the 2017/18 season . In his first two ProA appearances in the Moselaner dress, he triumphed with 25 and 35 points, respectively, and in his first year in Trier the American achieved averages of 9.5 points, 2.9 assists and 2.7 rebounds per match . Due to a foot injury, Dranginis was out for an initially indefinite period from mid-October 2018, so that Trier signed a replacement. He returned to the field in mid-February 2019.
