Kylee Saunders (born May 25, 1994 in Chandler , Arizona , USA ) is a Japanese -American singer . She publishes her music under the name "Kylee".

Life

The daughter of an American and a Japanese woman, Kylee became interested in music and singing at an early age through her father's influence and dreamed of becoming a singer. After winning an audition at the age of eleven, she was allowed to sing the American national anthem at an NBA game and received a standing ovation for it . As a result, she drew a lot of attention and signed with the record label DefSTAR Records .

In 2008 she made her debut with the song "Vacancy" on DefSTAR Records. The song is also played during the credits to Sony's anime series Bōnen no Xam'd . The single "Vacancy" was distributed digitally through iTunes and Amazon . A maxi single from "Vacancy" was released in Japan on December 3, 2008 with the songs "Justice" and "Plan B".
