The Kyrösjärvi is a lake in the Finnish landscape of Pirkanmaa .
The 36 km long lake has an area of 96.1 km² and is at an altitude of 83.2 m. The small town of Ikaalinen is located on the west bank .
The lake is drained to the south via the Pappilanjoki to Kirkkojärvi and on to Lake Kulovesi and is thus in the catchment area of the Kokemäjoki .
