Henri Léon Victor Susse (born September 23, 1844 in Paris , † April 16, 1910 there ) was a French art dealer and sailor .

successes

Léon Susse, who sailed for the Cercle de la Voile de Paris , took part in the 1900 Olympic Games in Paris , where he competed in three competitions. In the open class he did not finish, while in the boat class 2 to 3 tons he took second place in two races in Meulan-en-Yvelines . Both times he was the skipper of the yacht Favorite , whose crew consisted of Jacques Doucet , Auguste Godinet and Henri Mialaret .

Léon Susse worked for the Susse Frères art dealer in Paris. After the death of their father Amédée Susse in 1880, Léon and his brother Albert continued the family business.
