Victor Auguste Godinet (born January 30, 1853 in Geneva , Switzerland , † 1936 ) was a French sailor .
successes
Auguste Godinet took part in the 1900 Olympic Games in Paris , where he competed in three competitions. In the open class he did not finish, while in the boat class 2 to 3 tons he took second place in two races in Meulan-en-Yvelines . Both times he was a crew member of the Yacht Favorite under skipper Léon Susse , whose crew also consisted of Jacques Doucet and Henri Mialaret .
