In 2002, the business space known today as the “TicketZentrum” was opened at the Rosenheim bus station, which is a central point of contact for buying tickets for regional and some national sports and entertainment events. In addition to ticket sales, city transport and bus travel also have a counter in the TicketZentrum.
In 2011, city bus transport was spun off into Stadtverkehr Rosenheim GmbH .
The company describes itself as the only company in Germany that is independently responsible for local public transport in a regional center . Without municipal loss compensation , the company finances itself from the income generated.
