LEM (motor)
The LEM engine (also: Type LEM ) is a generation of Piaggio engines that has been built since 2012.
The motor, in two displacement variants, cc 125 cc and 155, is offered, is a forced air-cooled single cylinder - four cycle - Otto engine with two intake and an outlet valve, via an overhead camshaft are controlled (SOHC). It is based on the Leader engine , from which Piaggio took over parts of the housing and the continuously variable transmission with V-belt. It has an intake manifold injection . The weight of the engine is 32 kg. The 125 cc engine has been available since 2013 with a slightly reduced performance.
