The LVF - Colombo and Archimede were steam locomotives of the Lombard-Venetian Ferdinand Railway (LVF).

The two machines were delivered by Stehelin in 1844 . The very large drive wheels were striking.

At LVF, the machines discussed here were given the names COLOMBO and ARCHIMEDE .

When the LVF was nationalized in 1852, they came under the same names to the Lombard-Venetian State Railways (LVStB).
