The Casa Paterna / La Pùnt was a Swiss Romance- language newspaper in Sagogn (Casa Paterna) and Zillis (La Pùnt) , which addressed the Protestants in the Surselva , Domleschg and Schams ( Casa Paterna , in Surselvisch ) as well as in the Sutselva ( La Pùnt , in Sutselvisch ) turned. It was created in 1976 from the merger of the two newspapers La Casa Paterna (“The Father's House ”) and La Pùnt (“The Bridge”). In 1997 it was published in the new Romance daily newspaperLa Quotidiana integrated.
history
La Casa Paterna was founded in December 1920 as an organ of the "Renania Romontscha" and the "Uniun Romontscha de Schons". First it came out once, then twice a month, and from 1925 onwards a week. It was printed in Chur (except 1923 to 1926 in Thusis ). The first editors were Peter Paul Cadonau and Stefan Loringett, then Hans Erni (1924–1947), Gallus Pfister (1947–1951), Christian Caduff (1947–1974), Gion Clopath (1974–1991) and Manfred Veraguth in Sagogn (1992– 1996).
La Pùnt was founded in 1951 to give more weight to the voices from the Sutselva. It was edited by Stefan Loringett, then President of the Lia Rumantscha . Financial problems led to the merger with La Casa Paterna in 1976 . The editor of the newspaper section La Pùnt was then Pastor Jacob Michael von Zillis.
In 1996 Somedia founded the Romanesque daily newspaper La Quotidiana , into which Casa Paterna / La Pùnt as well as Gasetta Romontscha and Fögl Ladin were integrated. The editor-in-chief of the Gasetta Romontscha , Martin Cabalzar , became the editor-in-chief .
