The Maze of the Masters is a board game for 2 to 4 players. The game is a variant of The Crazy Labyrinth . It was first published by Ravensburger in 1991 .

content

The game includes a game plan on which 16 corridor sections are permanently applied. The 34 sliding course cards are placed in the empty spaces. The game board measures 7 times 7 squares (49 corridor squares). The fiftieth course card is used to move the courses. The game also includes 4 characters , recipe cards 21, 21 image slices ( "magic things") and 12 wands. Instructions are included with the game.

Rules and goal

At the beginning each player receives three magic wands and a secret recipe card that only he can see in addition to his character. On each recipe card there are three magic things that will bring the player additional points if he collects them. In the course of the game all players try to collect the magic items on display one after the other. The value of the magic items collected corresponds to the value printed on them, which also determines the order in which they are collected .

A move consists of moving a course and - if the player wants - moving the pawn. If the player comes to the next magic thing by his turn , he may pick it up. By using a magic wand, the player may make another move.

The goal of the game is achieved when all magic items have been collected. The winner is whoever has the highest number of points. Here are wands and not used on the printed recipe cards magic things separately.
